About Me

Karen Zimmerman, BFRLC is a life coach and family recovery coach. She is virtually accessible all over the world. Incorporating the BALM® (Be A Loving Mirror) method, she uses the 12 principles to help her clients begin their journey or reinforce the one they are already on. For clients who are on their personal path of recovery or who have a family member who is, Karen believes that recovery is possible with love and connection. Karen has been sober for over 35 years and values those core concepts as keys to solving many of life's struggles. Due to Karen's intense desire to experience true recovery, she has engaged in practices such as reiki, hypnosis, and wellness work. During a coaching session, Karen asks powerful questions while helping to bring clarity to her clients.  For clients who are divorced or just at the beginning of the journey, Karen helps you find and realize the joy in your lives. Divorced for over 20 years, Karen has learned how to build the muscles of acceptance, and gratitude, over the years and enjoys helping others find them as well. To relax, Karen loves traveling, exploring new books, trying new restaurants, and spending time with those she loves the most.
